After a trip along the south coast and into London, Spellbinder participated in a cruise to East Anglia in June. She then sailed to Lerwick in Shetland, and then up to Arctic Norway and the Lofoten Islands. She spent the rest of the summer cruising down the west Norwegian coast, and returned down the North Sea from Bergen back to the English Channel.
