This summer Spellbinder left Gosport on May 24th, heading down to Land’s End and up the Irish Sea to Scotland. From Oban she cruised the Small Isles, then sailed to the Outer Hebrides, around Cape Wrath and Orkney. After transiting the Caledonian Canal from Inverness to Fort William she visited Mull, Iona, Staffa, Treshnish and Tiree. After a brief stop in Islay she headed for Belfast and then Portpatrick and Strangford Lough. She then cruised the Clyde, and heading south visited the Isle of Man, the Welsh Coast, Lundy and Padstow.
She is now back in Gosport, having sailed 2,500 nautical miles this year. She will sail locally in September.
